South Simcoe Railway
Departing from Tottenham, the South Simcoe excursion train has 1920s coach cars and a vintage
coal-fired steam engine. The train travels through the scenic Beeton Creek Valley.
The regular excursions take just under an hour, and travel from Tottenham to
Beeton and return, following the Beeton Creek through rolling countryside and
farmland. The trip is narrated by the Conductor, with a commentary that's geared toward families.
This train offers the most scenic fall rail adventures in the Toronto, Ontario area.
